A Resort Charge is posted daily to each guestroom at Sheraton Kona. This charge provides our guests a generous array of amenities and services for one nominal all-inclusive fee of $31.25 inclusive of tax.

The charge includes the following benefits and amenities:

• Self-parking for one (1) vehicle. (Upgrade to Valet Parking for a nominal fee)
• Unlimited local and 1-800 telephone calls
• Up to 30 minutes long distance calls per day
• Unlimited complimentary use of Keauhou to Kona Trolley (9:00am–8:00pm on a rotational schedule; current stops include Kona Country, Keauhou Shopping Center; Keauhou Beach Resort, Magic Sands Beach, Ali'i Gardens Market Place, WalMart, Macy's, Coconut Grove, St. Michael's Church, Historic Kailua Village and Kona Commons Shopping Center    
• Two bottles of water daily
