From Kona International Airport, turn right on to Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway. Remain on "Queen K" for approximately 10 miles. As you head up a slight incline, get in the right lane and turn right onto Kamehameha III Road. Follow "Kam III Road" down to the 2nd light which is Ali'i Drive, where you'll turn left. Follow Ali'i Drive past Kona Country Club golf course & club house. At the next traffic light turn right onto Kaleiopapa Street. Ehukai Street and the entrance to Sheraton Kona are just at the bottom and to your left.

There are two Jacuzzis in the Manta Ray Super Slide & Pool.
Our signature dining room is Rays on the Bay. Rays is home to farm-to-table specials, fresh fish, salads and irresistible desserts. Rays is also home to a Rum Bar dispensing the coldest beer on island and delicious cocktails along with nightly entertainment. Its oceanfront location also makes it ideal for sunsets and manta ray viewing! Holua Poolside Bar & Lounge is open for lunch and refreshing cocktails until early evening. Ainakai is open for breakfast daily with an extensive buffet. Keauhou Coffee Co. serves Mama's 100% Kona coffees, fruits, pastries and other beverages for a quick start to your day. Haleo luau dinner and show is held each Monday outdoors on our Hawaii Lawn. In-room dining is also available at select times during the day.
The resort offers wireless internet access throughout. In-room access is $12.95 per day. This charge is included with the daily Resort Service Charge applied to each guest room. We also offer the The Link@Sheraton located poolside, lower level.

We do not currently offer an organized program for children. When visiting the Big Island with kids, there are an array of activities for children in and around the Manta Ray Super Slide & Pool and of course they have all of the Big Island to explore. Club Le`ale`a is our complimentary Teen Lounge open from 8am-11pm daily. There is ping pong, 3 televisions, 2 xBox gaming systems, Air Hockey and a Wii. Registered guests 18 and over may sign out games and controllers from the front desk for younger teens. There is no fee as long as items are returned by 11pm.

Our Manta Ray Super Slide & Pool is adorned with a sandy-bottomed children's play area. Complimentary Keauhou Trolley Service is offered from the hotel to nearby Kahalu'u Beach Park, famous for its snorkeling. There is a small beach and ocean access for kayaking, paddleboarding and boating from Keauhou Bay, just a five minute walk from the resort's entrance. Towels may be obtained from our pool towel desk and must be returned prior to departure to avoid fees.

Rides aboard the Keauhou Trolley service are included complimentary in guest's daily resort charge. The shuttle operates beginning at 9:00 a.m. with its last drop off back at the resort at 9:15 p.m. Shuttle stops include Keauhou Shopping Center, Kahalu'u Beach Park, Walmart, Macy's, Historic Kailua Village and the Kona Commons Shopping Center. At this time, we do not offer a resort amenity program. We do however have a mandatory daily resort service charge of $31.25. This includes WiFi in-room and on the ocean view deck (lobby level), self-parking for one car per day (upgrade to valet parking for $7 per day), daily use of the Keauhou to Kona Trolley service, local and 1-800 telephone calls, up to 30-minutes of non-international long distance calls per day, two bottles of Hawaiian Spring water daily, Fitness Center use, yoga classes, 2-hours complimentary bicycle rental from The Flying Fish (subject to availability), cultural and historical tours, island orientations and hula, ukulele and lei making classes.
At Sheraton Kona we enjoy The Flying Fish, Maui Divers Jewlery and Lamonts Sundries. An assortment of shops nearby adds to your Hawaii Island vacation. Nearby is the Keauhou Shopping Center with shops, boutiques, restaurants and movie theaters and a Keauhou Trolley ride to Historic Kailua Village or to Kona Commons Shopping Center expands your options.
