Rays on the Bay
Imagine the rich flavors of world-famous Kona coffee, paakai (sea salt), coconut, mango, pohole fern shoots, and sea asparagus all grown in Hawaii's lava-rich soil and prepared in this native region, packed with flavor and culinary history. Imagine ahi, ono or monchong caught this very day in the waters just offshore.
Now partner that delicious fare coupled with Rays on the Bay's natural, open-air atmosphere offering endless ocean views and romantic sunsets.
Dinner menu is available from 5:30 p.m. until the last seating at 9:30 p.m. Enjoy live music nightly beginning at 6 p.m. by local island artists while savoring pupus (appetizers), dinner and a brand new selection of handcrafted cocktails, organic wines and locally produced beers. The bar is open nightly until 11 p.m. Join our new wine-tastings that begin every night at 5:30 p.m. for just $5 per person. Each guest receives two 2-ounce pours.
