New Menus Interspersed with Island-Sourced Ingredients
Couples celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a romantic, torch-lit, private oceanside dinner at the resort have four Dining Under the Stars menus to choose from. Kohala Field Greens, garnishes of Island-grown basil, Pahole Ferns, Hamakua Springs tomatoes and Hamakua mushrooms join Kona-style Ahi and island-fresh mahi mahi interspersed in the delicious prix-fixe menus. Dessert selections continue the island theme with choices of Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Tropical Cheesecake and Chocolate Lava Cake, depending on the menu selected.
Dining Under the Stars menus are priced from $117 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity and may be pre-ordered online. Orders should be placed a minimum of 48-hours prior to the date requested.
